A bit of a feud was sparked recently after Lady Gaga called out Calvin Harris on twitter. During a recent interview with the BBC, he claims he “didn’t really like the songs” she sent to him back in 2008, and declined the opportunity to collaborate with the pop icon. After hearing this, she took tweeted:

“Seems to be trendy lately to talk s*** about Lady Gaga when your albums/singles drop. Y’all should live off your own hustle.

“Never even emailed you @calvinharris. I guess it’s hard to believe I write and produce my music.

“Cuz I’m a woman I don’t know about EDM right?”

Harris replied, tweeting:

“@ladygaga no your label emailed me. I always make sure I say I’m a fan when asked about it, I apologise if I offended you, wasn’t the intention.”

“Looking forward to hearing your work with @zedd. I love him!”

Zedd chimed in at this point, and the situation was calmed:

“@ladygaga @CalvinHarris I love you both!!! Let’s all hug and have a drink! Shave it up!!!!”

It seems like Lady Gaga was the instigator here though, Harris’ comments that he did not like the songs does not seem reason enough to call someone out publicly to your millions of twitter followers. What are your thoughts?
