With all of the media’s attention pointed towards the drug issues in the EDM scene, ID&T and SFX had a lot riding on its inaugural American festival TomorrowWorld. After a summer which included a death at HARD Summer in LA,  overdoses at Zedd’s show at House of Blues in Boston, the tragic losses at Electric Zoo in New York, and numerous show cancellations along the east coast, the EDM industry has been under a microscope. TomorrowWorld had the odds slated against them, but they succeeded. The festival drew in 140,000 fans, and at the end of the weekend it was reported that there were zero fights, zero arrests, and 17 medical transports for many various reason. This news partnered with Tomorrowworld joining with DanceSafe  shows that we are moving in the right direction!
