Bassheads unite! Bassnectar has finally delivered what we’ve all been waiting for: his very first complete camping festival, Basscenter 2016.
The lineup is about as stellar as expected, with the man himself headlining both nights alongside Flux Pavilion, Wu-Tang Clan, Flying Lotus, Porter Robinson, Lupe Fiasco and AlunaGeorge. Supporting acts include Minnesota, G Jones, Dabin, and Thriftworks.
This highly varied lineup is a welcome sight to the same old thing that Coloradans have become all too used to, cycling through ‘routine’ shows at Red Rocks and various nightclubs with no major EDM festivals. But this is all about to change thanks to the Bass king, Lorin, who is bringing the 2-day camping event to Commerce City, Colorado.
Two camping villages will house the die-hard fans, named ‘The Shire’ and ‘Narnia,’ and after-parties are promised to abound. All-in-all, this is an experience you won’t want to miss.
The price can’t be beat either, with full event early bird passes starting at $130 and regular price at $140 for fan club members, it’s sure to sell out soon. And for those looking for a little more comfort in their adventure, VIP starts at $180 and goes up to $475 for the 360 luxury treatment.
