Black Tiger Sex Machine just released their debut album, Welcome To Our Church, and it’s everything we could have wanted. Kinetic sound design coupled with driving bass and inventive arrangements characterize the 12-track LP, transporting your ears to their post-apocalyptic dream world. And if such a lip-biting release hasn’t left you satisfied, BTSM has embarked on a massive 40+ stop Church Tour, complete with support from album collaborators Apashe and Dabin. Word is the Canadian trio is working on new helmets, too…

The tour is well under way, and gives a healthy dollop of love to the oft-forgotten Midwest; stops are booked in Michigan, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, and more. Their next show is on 2/10 at Park Street Saloon in Columbus, Ohio, so if you’re in the area and looking for some bass therapy, check out Prime Social Group Presents. The list of dates is inordinately huge, so head to the Church Tour’s official website to see when it’s coming to your city. Also, if you haven’t heard BTSM’s debut album yet, get on it.
