This morning, producer Mat Zo unveiled the second single off of his highly anticipated album, Self Assemble, out on March 25. “Sinful” features infectious vocals from I See MONSTAS and listens as a funk-infused, electric guitar swayer in the same vein as the ’80s classics we cherish. Currently, the single is up for streaming via Zo’s Soundcloud page, and can be downloaded instantly alongside the previously released “Soul Food” once you pre-order the full album on iTunes.
Along with “Sinful” has also come its official music video on Youtube, characterized by a glittery cyborg that’s brought to life in a neon-tinged city. She eventually makes her way into a futuristic strip club where attendees cover their faces in masks. After watching the girls perform, the cyborg decides to give a dance of her own. Unexpectedly, she sheds her clothes and skin to reveal her true, shimmering form to the sound of Mat Zo’s joyful melodies.
