Deadmau5 is subject to some really weird occurrences from time to time, not least of which are trespassers. His property is fairly large, so fans occasionally find their way onto his land and take pictures – not like it’s a crime, or anything – sarcasm. However last night, it seems one fan got overzealous and tagged deadmau5 in her picture, and he was not happy.
shout out to you for identifying which morons broke onto my property and entered my backyard. calling the police. https://t.co/U18Jm4GPyf

Though the original tweet has since been deleted, the account of the original tweeter shows her intensely apologizing to Joel. She claims that she was driving on a public road adjacent to his property and never actually stepped foot onto his land. We’re not here to deliver a verdict on whether she did or not, but obviously it’s smarter to be wary of Joel’s property line.
@deadmau5 hold up i can assure you we literally drove on your street for 2 min. there was another car there striving past really slow tho
