Rising LA producer/DJ YULTRON first grabbed my attention with his “Tempura Roll” collaboration, which featured a whole host of talented producers on one single track. While that track was certainly an aggressive bass banger, with this release, YULTRON has taken a nod of inspiration from Donald Trump, vowing to ‘make electro great again.’

Unsurprisingly, this single is an electro house anthem styled very much along the late 2000s Wolfgang Gartner/Porter Robinson vein. The production is great and all, but the sentimental value of this song is truly what makes it stand out.

“I miss that OG electro shit. Makes me really want to bring back the music the dance music I grew up on. Some of the songs that inspire me to this day are: 09 era deadmau5, Wolfgang Gartner, Skrillex, Feed me, Porter Robinson, and so on. Now don’t get me wrong, I love dubstep and trap and I’ll never stop making those tunes.  But I’m focusing this year on challenging myself and the ears of the people that listen to my music. A lot of kids that are starting to get into dance music now never had a chance to be exposed to that same vibe like I did. So this is my way of giving back and hopefully it inspires them as much as it does me.”
