After a breakout 2015, Focus Fire is beginning the New Year with a fresh Suspect Zero collaboration. Titled “Start A Fire,” it’s an energetic track that tweaks the best of progressive house into the weighted atmosphere of electro to complete the euphoric experience.
“Start A Fire” gallops to an inspired start with a churning build, with Baasik’s vocals reinforcing the emotive piano. Then, on par with the infectious melodies of Martin Garrix, the track chimes in with a penetrating synth lead to undulate the dance floor. There’s a range of bursting hooks and fluttering sound design to round out the arrangement, and the boys are even offering it up as a free download, so be sure to throw them some love on their socials.
