The biggest night in music just got even bigger, as new performers have been announced for the 60th Annual Grammy Awards!
New talent added to the roster includes U2, Sam Smith, Miley Cyrus, and Kendrick Lamar, who had an epic year might we add. These artists join previously announced Grammy awards performers Cardi B, Childish Gambino, Kesha, Lady Gaga, Logic, Marshmello collaborator Khalid and Zedd collaborator Alessia Cara, and many more (full list here).
As far as nominations go, legendary rapper Jay-Z leads the pack with eight nominations thanks to his hit album 4:44, Kendrick Lamar’s album DAMN. scored him seven noms, and Bruno Mars is right behind them with six nominations. Childish Gambino, SZA, Khalid, and No I.D. follow closely with five nominations each.
The 60th Annual Grammy Awards go down Jan. 28 live from New York’s Madison Square Garden. The program will air live on CBS, beginning promptly at 7:30 p.m. ET.
