Hasbro has acquired gangster rap label Death Row Records as part of a massive $4 billion deal.

You read that correctly. Hasbro, which owns some of the best parts of our childhood including My Little Pony, Monopoly and Mr. Potato Head, is now getting into the rap game.

The popular toymaker announced its decision to buy British company Entertainment One, which produces kids shows including “Peppa Pig” and “PJ Masks.” eOne just so happens to own the rap label as well.

Death Row Records was established in 1991 by Suge Knight, The D.O.C., and Dr. Dre. The label is known for representing some of the greatest hip hop talent of all time, including Tupac and Snoop Dogg.

Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner said in a statement: “The acquisition of eOne adds beloved story-led global family brands that deliver strong operating returns to Hasbro’s portfolio and provides a pipeline of new brand creation driven by family-oriented storytelling,”
