We know that there is no health without mental health. In line with this thinking, we have partnered with Mental Health America (MHA), the nation’s leading community-based nonprofit dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental illness and to promoting the overall mental health of all Americans.
As part of our efforts to openly talk about individuals’ personal and professional challenges, we are highlighting resources that are available from Mental Health America as a way to help all of us understand that it is okay to talk openly about mental illness, substance use, mental health, and a range of topics that people are struggling with.
A key area of work for Mental Health America is what they call their #B4Stage4 philosophy which focuses on addressing mental health issues before a point of crisis and to help individuals understand where they are in terms of their mental health, MHA has an online mental health screening program that is accessible 24/7.
