Nom De Strip, the Scottish purveyor of bass, has been up to “Bad Things.” Known for some eclectic productions, he’s nommed all the strips to make this latest single a journey into tribal territory.
Jumping out of the gate with some spritely moombah, “Bad Things” quickly shapes up to be a forceful main stage churner. Industrial synth pads and chopped vocals fill out the ambience, while a full spectrum bassline takes the lead in this electrolyzed track. There’s even hints of trap to be found amongst the rolling hi-hats and snare hits. Have a listen below, and snag “Bad Things” now on Beatport, courtesy of Dim Mak Records.
