Late last night, Avicii went live on Facebook from his studio to give fans a sneak peak at the writing of one of the new songs that will be featured on his forthcoming album. Based on the lyrics, it could tentatively be titled a few different ways, but most of all, it doesn’t follow any kind of “EDM” trend currently in circulation.
Though this is just an acoustic writing session and could eventually be transmuted with synths and plugins, it sounds beautiful enough as a raw and emotional track that it might be better enough left alone.
Two women and another man join Avicii in the studio, either as collaborators or co-writers on the track.
