Surprise! Bet you weren’t expecting a new and raw Boys Noize album today, but that’s exactly what you’re going to get.
The STRICTLY BVNKER project was recorded live on Twitch during quarantine in the last days of April 2020, capturing the essence of the producer’s streamed analogue sessions. Almost overflowing with acid synths and unhinged creativity, Boys Noize delivers some of his most immersive work to date.
From the jump, “Mthrfvkr” kicks the album into high gear with distorted vocals, gritty synths and statement bass. Powering forward, “Chøker” goes deep with its mesmerizing arrangement, “Moonsrad” lightens the mood with a brighter soundscape, and “4TWNTY2” brings back that hard, pounding energy one again. From there, Boys Noize continues his experimentation and proves nothing is off limits.
