This weekend marked a huge milestone for Destroid, the Canadian dubstep group consisting of Excision, Downlink, and KJ Sawka. For the first time ever, the super-group performed a live set in San Francisco for a packed and bass-hungry crowd. Decked out in their cyborg-like armor, MIDI controlled guitars, and massive drum set, Destroid put on what seems to have been a thrilling performance. The visual aspect of this set looked absolutely mind blowing, and I can’t even imagine how great it sounded up close. Check out the video of their performance below, and be on the look out for the Destroid invasion this summer!
Here are some really impressive shots from the show. Courtesy of the one and only Rukes!
ERMAHGERDDD! That was amazing, imagine how much work went into everything? suits, custom guitars, those youtube vids about the strange noises, the performance. this was nothing short of epic.

Sorry but it seems gimmicky.
Freaking awesome. I am stoked to this! Honestly it’s about time we got some more live instruments. Ever since pendulum broke up and infected mushroom did their new thing, live instruments have lacked! Big ups to these guys. So much thought and effort into this.
perfect band, perfect article; CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THIS LIVE.
Bloody beetroots pls.
