Robotaki and Manila Killa are gearing up for big things. Following two sell-out shows at the historic El Rey Theater in Los Angeles this week and a brand new single “I Want You”, the two of them are even set to kickstart a co-headlining tour across North America, presumably as a follow-up to the mini-tour they embarked on last month.
“I Want You” is a feel-good pop-tinged track with lush melodies and adorable instrumentation to complement Matthew John Kurz’s charming vocals. Both producers have demonstrated a penchant for catchy lyrics and poppy hooks in the past so it’s no surprise to see how well-crafted the irresistible ‘you know it baby’ hook is.
