Video game soundtracks are iconic.

Just in the way that film scores and television theme songs bring back an instant feeling of nostalgia when you hear them, I just can’t help but feel giddy like a young 7 year-old boy when I hear the theme from one of my favorite games.

The newest iteration of one of the most iconic games of our young lives, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5, will likewise feature more modern music in its soundtrack. Featuring the likes of Death From Above 1979, Ratatat, Royal Blood, and Skrillex & Yogi, the soundtrack will put more focus on EDM and hip-hop than in previous games.
