Finally unveiling an official preview of the vocal version of his ever so popular Professional Griefers, Deadmau5 gives us a look at the result of his personal collaboration with Gerard Way, the lead singer of My Chemical Romance. Now when I first heard the instrumental version back in August where it accompanied one of the first looks at Deadmau5‘s new set up, I fell in love. It was the perfect mixture between a harder electro edge with yet an enjoyable chord progression, but sadly that magic was lost when Gerard was introduced. While I obviously adore The Veldt’s vocals by overnight star Chris James, Gerard Way’s just does not hit the same chord. But this being my personal opinion, I will let you make your own, here it is.
