It’s been a long road for Justin Bieber, during which the media has had a blast talking about him – possibly at his expense. But if there’s anything to show for his resilience, it’s his performance from the VMAs last night wherein he performed his hit track with Skrillex & Diplo “Where Are Ü Now” as well as his new single “What Do You Mean?”
The songs blended together, leaving fans little room to catch their breath. Justin performed the same dance moves that we’ve seen a dozen times already on stage during his EDM collab, but the fireworks – figuratively – began when he sang “What Do You Mean?” The singer was hoisted up into the air, flying like Peter Pan, before concluding his song and hunching over, holding back tears.
BRB going to watch this @justinbieber #VMA performance 1,000,000 times http://t.co/8QReVFULQD

This was an emotional performance for the 21-year-old, as this was his first performance at the awards show in five years.
