Earlier in the month, mastering engineer Rob Small took to Facebook to reveal he’d finished work on something “very special” for none other than Daft Punk. He said that whatever the project is, it will be released on vinyl. “I can’t wait to hang that one on my wall,” he wrote.
After a few days, Rob Small was messaged about his cryptic post. Although he couldn’t give specific details about the content of the project, he said that it might be released in nine weeks on a French record label.
Following Daft Punk’s presence in The Weeknd’s official music video for “I Feel It Coming,” the hype surrounded the duo’s delicate return to the spotlight continues to grow with the new information from Rob Small.
