Another day, another Slushii track… The young producer certainly moves at a rapid rate when it comes to his releases, and “Step By Step” is the latest addition to his collection that ranges from future bass to hardcore dubstep!
The track has a familiar structure, but takes advantages from its unpredictability of sounds. “Step By Step” is sweet on the outside, but packs some serious underlying power… Simple, but steady vocals, whirling synths and happy plucks move the track forward until it bursts into a heavier drop (a signature Slushii move). While low wubs, heavy growls, and bass take the track over from there, chiming notes on the high end keep the overall feel light and friendly.
