Boogie T’s new EP Old Gold has just arrived through Drama Club Recordings. The established bass artist draws on varied influences for this four-tracker, and it’s sure to turn heads.
Distinctive hooks on the bassy ‘Bad Mon Choon’ sets the tone for the remainder of the EP, and is followed neatly by the extended ‘Mountain G.O.A.T.’ Boogie keeps up the dubstep heaviness with ‘Duck Duck Goose,’ before rounding things off with the plunging beats of ‘Bambaataa’ with fellow producer SubDocta.
