DJ and producer Jody Vukas unveiled his mesmerizing Satellite EP on 27 December via Distant Drum Recordings.

In the EP, Jody Vukas delves into melodic techno and house soundscapes, while delivering a discerning and innovative take on each genre. The two track EP showcases Jody’s ability to remain true to his artistic vision, and simultaneously holding space for deft innovation.

With his signature sound front and center, he fearlessly explores new sonic landscapes, expanding his creative horizons and enriching his ever-evolving discography.

The EP begins on a stirring emotive note, with the title track ‘Satellite’ which features a bold, pulsating beat and brazen energy. Fuelled by hard-hitting synths, and an atmosphere of nostalgia the track is gentle, yet profoundly moving, with the addition of hypnotic vocals creating an air of warmth throughout.

With the second track ‘Contact’, Jody picks up the tempo with an ethereal synth-driven sound, creating an unstoppable force of momentum. Filled with gripping highs and lows, ‘Contact’ illustrates a darker side of his artistry, as well as his aptitude for breaking the mold.

Jody’s attention to detail with the EP is remarkable. Satellite EP is a brilliant illustration of his growth and prowess as an artist, stream the EP below!
