Pete Tong’s “Essential Mix” on BBC Radio 1 is universally-renowned for its popular track listing and notable guest DJs. The latest artist to take on the challenge is none other than Steve Aoki. The talented DJ/producer and label owner of Dim Mak Records handled the Essential Mix duties this weekend, and he did not disappoint. UPDATE: Steve Aoki hurt his neck after a failed stage dive at his show in Puerto Rico over the weekend. He later reported that he was fine and that a CT scan revealed no serious damage. However, it was a huge scare for all the concertgoers. You can watch the video of his injury here.
