Unfortunately for dance music fanatics everywhere, Zedd did not win in his respective category at the VMAs. One of the handful of dance music hopefuls nominated, he lost to pop music’s Austin Mahone for Artist to Watch. “Clarity” was the track Zedd was nominated for.
