After a premiere with Pete Tong, Tiësto‘s “Red Lights” is finally here for listeners to purchase and download. Unless you are in the UK, then the release date is February 23rd of 2014. Streaming capabilities are of course warranted for all thanks to the freedom of the internet.
The progressive house creation has quite the uplifting melody that can pull all you people taking finals out of your slump. The prevalence of the vocals and the style of music gives it a very poppy sound; making it capable of rising through the charts fairly quickly. Not my forte, but there has been some good progressive coming out lately and this adds to that pile for me. I’d like to think of it as a more personal track than a festival hit, even though I can guarantee this at some festivals!
