Miami Football Coaches Turn Their Weight Room Into A Night Club [Video]

What are you typically doing at 5:30AM? If you’re a Miami Hurricane football player than you are hitting the weights as the first of three workouts in the day. It’s completely understandable that some players may resist the morning alarm clock, in which case it was up the coaches to get creative and motivate the young athletes to #RiseAndGrind. To do so, the coaches turned their weight room into a rudimentary night club with a DJ and lighting. The players immediately responded and rallied around the work out.
