Flume Returns With Suave Remix For Sam Smith

Flume has been making waves from Australia to the United States and back. His characteristic sliding synths accompany the flawless vocals of Sam Smith in this latest release to result in a more laid-back approach from the electronic music juggernaut.

Best described as “euphoric,” this remix of Sam Smith‘s “Lay Me Down” has quickly established itself as an instant classic, much like previous Flume releases. Also similar to the Aussie’s previous releases, no information is available regarding the release of this record. In this manner the Sydney resident continues to stack millions of streams on platforms such as Soundcloud and Spotify.

Flume imparted this remix upon us with the announcement of new tour dates and also revealed that this is just the beginning of a plethora of new releases that he has in store for us. Provided this first look at his new material, we can’t stress how excited we are for what 2015 holds for Flume. In the meantime, enjoy this chilled out future remix and prepare yourself – the Flume takeover is just beginning.
