Zedd Revives His Electro House Filth On ‘Addicted To A Memory’

Stop what you’re doing. Zedd has finally gone back to his roots after a three-year trifling with formulaic radio hits. After Clarity had established extreme mainstream success in 2012, he continued to pound out four-chord crowd pleasers such as Stay The Night, Find You, and most recently I Want You To Know. Well, old Zedd fans rejoice, because this absolute banger reminds us of the Slam The Door days when he helped pioneer electro house filth. With the beautiful verses of pop-trio Bahari, you think the track is leading in an obvious direction. The build percussions show differently, however, and the drop leaves you wide-eyed as you remember the days when Anton was known for slaying dance floors – not sing-along hits with Selena Gomez and Hayley Williams. Check out the throwback Zedd below!

True Colors is out May 19th, pre-order it here.
