I first threw this new single by Tilka into my weekly Spotify playlist for Your EDM, but it’s been on rotation so much that I thought I would give it the respect it truly deserves with a dedicated blog post.
My favorite thing about this single is that I have absolutely no idea how to categorize this and I love it. I hear indie pop influences, I hear future bass influences and a splash of playful summertime tropical blissfulness as well. “Love” is the debut single Tilka’s forthcoming Missing Home EP and judging by this single you most definitely won’t want to miss the full EP.
