Skrillex Reportedly Seeks Second Opinion From Doctors for Injured Fan in Stage Dive Case [DETAILS]

Sonny Moore aka Skrillex is still dealing with a serious lawsuit that links back to the producer’s stage dive during his 2012 performance at The Belasco in Los Angeles.

A fan in that crowd, Jennifer Fraissl, claims the impact of his jump was unavoidable and she suffered a stroke as a result of the trauma. In 2014, she hit Skrillex with a lawsuit and has been seeking damages including loss of income and medical expenses.

The lawsuit has been going back-and-forth for a while, and now Skrillex has reportedly proposed that the plaintiff undergo an independent evaluation to determine the extent of the emotional impact caused by her claimed injuries. The judge will decide if further testing is required.

This goes for any show… Rage in the pit at your own risk.
