Alan Walker To Perform at 2017 Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Norway [DETAILS]

Norwegian superstar Alan Walker will perform at one of the most reputable events of the year — the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize Concert! The annual event takes place December 11th in Oslo, Norway at Telenor Arena and will honor the honoring the Nobel Peace Prize laureate.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Alan Walker as the first artist for the 24th Nobel Peace Prize Concert,” Olav Njølstad, Director of the Norwegian Nobel Institute says. “We have closely followed his rise to stardom are proud to welcome him to perform on this global stage in celebration of peace and this year’s laureate.”

Walker answers with immense gratitude, “It’s a tremendous honor to be part of such a prestigious event as the Nobel Peace Prize Concert. I’m looking forward to spreading the message of peace and sharing my music with the world.”

He joins the company of Kygo, Paul McCartney, Elton John, Alicia Keys, Florence & the Machine, Rihanna, Sting, Tina Turner, Jason Derulo, and many others that have performed at the honorable event over the years.

Additional artists for the 2017 concert will be announced in coming weeks.
