Your EDM Premiere: Boy Bishop – High [Pinnacle Collective]

I’ve known Boy Bishop personally for a couple years now, and I don’t cover his music nearly as much as I should. He’s a graduate of Icon Collective, which has put out some of the best LA producers of the past couple years, so at the very least he’s in good company. But Boy Bishop can easily hold his own in this sea of constantly shifting trends.

With his latest track “High,” he’s crafted a vigorously intense house banger that would even get a curmudgeon like me on the dance floor grooving like an idiot. All of the small effects within the song, the little elements that aren’t necessary but give the track its unique character, everything that gives Boy Bishop his identity can be found within this one track and it’s fun AF.
