Female electronic trio, Bahari, continues their evolution with the new single “Savage.” Starting off strong with some fresh synth and a keyboard line that quickly escalates to create an eerie sense of impending doom, cutting the music and dropping a single lyric that captures what today’s world has become – “Savage.”
The most obvious aspect that has remained the same about their music are the crisp vocals. They own the mic with the perfect amount of swagger that leaves you wanting more. The lyrics are at once tantalizing and taunting: “When you touch me, you take me to heaven. When you hold me, my body’s a weapon. If you think that you can save me, break me down, and tame me, here’s your chance to do some damage – savage.” Both the lyrics and the production send the world a clear message.
