nøll describes his brand new debut EP in the following way: “A null or empty set in statistics represents something that is undefined in its content but is static in its framework. The nøll brand and ‘the empty set EP’ embody a platform for me to infuse with creative energy.”
Out now through COED Recordings is the empty set, four tunes that display the markings of a producer with a lot to give. Classically trained as a musician and also a capable singer, songwriter and DJ, the LA based nøll opens with ‘anymore,’ a low-stepping track made with Aidan James. Coming next is ‘faded like’ with Khoa, before ‘black out’ and ‘breathe’ follow suit; delivering indulgent synths and barely there beats.
