Apple Music just launched its brand new program especially for musicians. After some testing, Apple Music for Artists is officially out of beta and available now.
This extension of Apple Music will give artists exponentially better insight about their music through detailed analytics. In addition, the integration of Shazam will make it easier for artists to identify which songs are being buzzed about.
Apple Music describes the capabilities on its website. Upload your own artist image. Learn which playlists are driving the most plays of your songs, and see the demographics of your top listeners — age, genders, cities, etc. Even get a global snapshot of listeners around the world.
Apple Music for Artists is available for desktop, as well as a new standalone app.
