Live Nation Entertainment just got even bigger.

The company has acquired David Grutman‘s Groot Hospitality, along with it’s leading entertainment and hospitality brands based in high-energy, high-impact environments that offer elevated experiences for guests.

Groot Hospitality includes LIV (2009), Story (2012), Komodo (2015), Swan & Bar Bevy with Pharrell Williams (2018) and Papi Steak (2019). Not only that, it’s set to expand in Miami, Las Vegas, Dallas and Dubai with 11 new projects within the next two years.
