Tomorrowland is on the brink of a bold new journey. Yesterday, the festival announced the news of its brand new intercontinental theme Consciencia, which will come to life in 2026 and 2027 in Brazil, Belgium and Thailand.
The concept marks the first time in Tomorrowland’s history that a single thematic world will continue across multiple festivals in different countries. The narrative will debut in Belgium in July 2026, it will then head to the debut of Tomorrowland Thailand in December 2026, and concludes at Tomorrowland Brasil in 2027.
At the heart of Consciencia is an enigmatic universe built around six human emotions: Wonder, Love, Anger, Joy, Desire and Sadness. Each emotion will be distinctly represented as its own symbolic faction; complete with visuals and more. In a press statement Tomorrowland shared; “within this world, these emotions take shape as six distinct factions, each defined by its own visual language, rituals, and symbolic universe. Together, they create a realm that feels both otherworldly and deeply human, a place where emotions become landscapes, and imagination takes form.” 
Together, these emotional realms form a mythical yet deeply human world, transforming feelings into tangible experiences and storytelling which aims to deepen the emotional connection between fans across cultures and continents.
As the story unfolds throughout 2026 and 2027, Tomorrowland will gradually reveal more elements of the Consciencia universe. A fantasy adventure book titled The Legend of Consciencia is available for pre-order now. The book introduces the iconic theme and gives fans an idea of what’s to come.
