John Summit has released the latest single from his forthcoming album CTRL ESCAPE, which is slated for release on 15 April.
Released via Experts Only and Darkroom Records, ‘SATA’ features revered UK-based artist Rohaan who has released music on major labels like Hospital Records, UKF and Deadbeats. The single sees John Summit shift from his usual bpm to a faster tempo around 140bpm.
The high-energy, four-on-the-floor track opens with the sound of a ticking clock, creating an immediate sense of anticipation before dropping into a super-charged odyssey, which sets the tone for the rest of the production to seamlessly flow. A femme vocal is interlaced throughout the track, highlighting John’s anthemic style alongside Rohaan’s delicate percussion work.
