Skrillex has offered fans their clearest indication yet that a new album is on the way, unveiling the tracklist for his forthcoming fifth studio LP, Soma. While an official release date has not yet been announced, the producer shared details of the project shortly after launching his new Contra event series in Berlin.
The 13-track album will feature a mix of recent releases and new material, including ‘Duro’ with Young Miko, ‘Thistle’ alongside Randomer, Blawan and MC Dricka, and ‘La Noche 2’, which appears to revisit themes from his 2025 collaboration ‘La Noche’. Additional tracks include ‘Smoke’, ‘Anybody,’ ‘Diwali’, and the album’s title track.
Soma follows a busy creative period for Skrillex. In 2025, he released FCK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3*, an experimental project that arrived two years after the back-to-back releases of Quest For Fire and Don’t Get Too Close. Together, the projects marked a prolific return to album-making after a lengthy gap between studio releases. 
The album announcement arrives ahead of a packed summer schedule for Skrillex, with performances planned at major festivals including Primavera Sound, Bonnaroo, Kappa FuturFestival, Dekmantel, Sziget, Boomtown and Portola. Although fans are still waiting on a release date, the arrival of the Soma tracklist suggests new music is right around the corner.
