The Internet is a beautiful place to find emerging talent in music. Indianapolis-based indie-pop band, The Wldlfe, just emerged onto the scene nine months with their dreamy, synth-driven EP, New.
The lead single, “Waterfalls,” is a laidback, beachside mellower that oozes summertime vibes, and the band has recently tapped fellow tenderfoot, Anders Young, to inject some energy into the single. Allowing Wldlfe’s infectious lyrics to guide the way, Young constructs a house backbone, which he leads into a warm, tropical-tinged vocal melody that will have you dancing in seconds.
