This year is ripe with the latest and greatest in new names and their subsequent rise to fame. One such name has been leaving their mark on multiple major labels from Zouk Recordings, Revealed Recordings, and Trice Recordings along with a growing collection of bootlegs of major airplay songs such as “If I Lose Myself ” by OneRepublic, “Reload” by Sebastian Ingrosso & Tommy Trash, and “We’ll Be Coming Back” by Calvin Harris & Example. Hailing from Milan, Italy, the duo known as Lush & Simon have been increasing their music and notoriety and continue to do so with their newest collaboration with Polish progressive/electro house boss Tom Swoon.

The new project between Tom Swoon, Lush & Simon has a preview that will have fans begging for the release to be sooner. It opens with vocals from a currently unknown singer that grace the song with that extra power of emotion. It quickly follows up with soft violins and gentle guitar strums that secure the true bewilderment the song will have on fans as they gain a desire to sing and dance to the melodic anthem they have construed. These string instruments are replaced with synths and kicks, relieving the marvelous tension to a powerful, uplifting drop that is further guided by the repeating words “ahead of us” before the preview ends.

The good news is that this song is planned to be released on Ultra Records. The bad news is that we will have to wait another week for March 10 for it to unfold to our ears beyond what the preview can offer. Until then, definitely check the preview below and drop some comments on this collaboration here or on Twitter @YourEDM.
