Spotify Drops Time Limits For Music Streaming

Spotify has announced some exciting news via their blog! Now music goers can get Spotify on their mobile or tablets for free – “We have removed these caps completely across all platforms – you can listen to your favourite songs as many times as you like, for as long as you want.” Previously users had a six month grace period for free Spotify users outside of the United States. Now they are providing everyone with the opportunity for a chance to get the full Spotify experience. However, it’s worth nothing as Spotify premium will still carry perks that will encourage users to upgrade their plan. Check out some more feature highlights here.

Spotify has managed to launched this free feature before their competition, Beats Music, who plans to launch their own treat for AT&T smartphones customers on January 21. Beats Music, also plan to drop an advertisement during the Super Bowl commercials, which this will definitely challenge Spotify’s dominance in the competitive market. Either way, good news for music lovers!
