“Weave” is a 140 BPM symphony featuring a beautiful melody overlaid with harsh synthetic growls and wobbles. Whenever melody takes precedence over bass in dubstep, it’s only good news. The bass plays so well with the overarching synths, teasing the tempo and leads. If you like Nero, this would be his grittier cousin. Black Object has got the melody and instrumentality; with just a touch of modulation and chopped up with gritty bass, you’ll be surprised it still has plenty of bounce.
