We all desire the weekend. I’d say Saturday more specifically because Friday we still have work/school. The perfect tune for this covetable day comes from Royal, who made the excellent decision to flip “Crave You” by Flight Facilities. It’s a great feel-good piece of music that utilizes distinctly different phrases to keep the listener on their toes. The highlight for me is the piano, which has a certain low-fi quality that I can’t seem to shake. I think I have been going to too many garage rock shows lately; however, instead of heshing out this weekend I will be immersing myself in the sublime sound waves of Royal‘s refix.
