The Mad Decent Block Party lineup is stacked, but what did you really expect? After the announcement of the tour and its locations, the event released the list of artists who will be partaking in the neighborhood festivities. Newbies to the party are Outkast, Flume, What So Not and the illustrious Jack U, among others. Diplo will not be participating in these events with Major Lazer, but you can still catch his two cohorts performing at the party.
