At no point in my review of Ray Volpe’s most recent EP, Lion, did I ever try to hide my love for it. It’s definitely one of the finer dubstep EPs that have been released as of late (not to discredit anyone else’s work). As a sign of how successful it has gotten, the fine lads over at Kairos Audio have decided that it would be awesome to do a remix contest for the track. You can find everything you need here but I’ll copy it below as well.
Rules: Be original. Get out of the box. Upload your final tune here, full tune with downloads disabled.
Contest will end on Sept 30th and we will announce the winner on October 6th.
Winner will have their remix released on the Lion remix EP thru Kairos Audio in November/December 2014, and get some stuff.
Note: this is not a popularity contest. Every submission will be listened to and we will be judging purely based on vibe, song structure, mixdown, sound design, and flow, not on amount of plays.
