Crizzly — Certified Gz (ft. Slim Thug) [Free Download]

There’s no denying that Crizzly is the king of crunkstep. The Texas native is no stranger to mixing genres together and has been blending hip-hop, trap, and dubstep for quite some time now. The result is his own unique sound and his latest track, ‘Certified Gz’, puts it on full display.

Staying true to his style, Crizzly keeps the intensity high and the bass heavy. The tune is a riotous romp though pounding drum lines, warbling synths, and raucous rhythms. To keep things extra crunk, Crizzly sampled lyrics from gangster rapper Slim Thug and laid them over various parts of the track. One could say he went back to his roots on this one.
