Your EDM Premiere: Azealia Banks – Chasing Time (Howl Remix)

Take a good look at the man in the above image, because not only does he look great in a store isle, but he is also one of the finest young producers in his genre. Howl is a 19 year old producer from Australia who’s music borders on trap, but never quite becomes it. It is an amalgamation of bass heavy drops, interesting synths and fantastic drum work that makes up most of Howl’s songs. That all holds true in his latest release, a remix for Azealia Banks‘ “Chasing Time”.

He reworks the superb vocals and puts them over an intricate bass line, resulting in what is very likely the best version of this song. Howl is a spectacular producer and deserves a lot more attention than he currently has. If you are a fan of trap, even in the slightest, Howl is somebody to watch.
