Not much is known about the UK-based producer, Curbi, but that hasn’t stopped him from racking up an impressive following thanks to his future house style. The talented 16-year-old was recently signed to the iconic dance music label, Spinnin’ Records, with a little bit of help from future house pioneer, Oliver Heldens, after spending years honing his craft as a bedroom producer.
Curbi’s debut track, “Discharge,” was first premiered on the Dutchman’s weekly Heldeep Radio podcast, before garnering attention from Spinnin’ as a part of their 2015 Future Hits mix. Future house to its core, “Discharge” is the perfect festival track, as its booming bass lines and synth work come together to give it a deep, groovy feel that will get any dance floor moving to the beat. Set to be released in March on Spinnin’ Deep, “Discharge” is the realization of a lifelong dream for Curbi, and with it, the young gun has solidified his status as an emerging star.
